Logo Mat Storage Made Simple
The backbone of all the Mat Stacks Platforms are the 8 foot tall, high Load capacity galvanized steel uprights. The standard section is approx 30 inches wide and has 12 shelves divided into four sections for a total of 48 individual storage locations per section. Additional sections can easily be added as your storage needs grow. The storage array that is formed by each section creates a logical grid of columns and rows to provide a simple platform for identifying each storage cell. Standard distance between shelves is 8 inches. This allows area for most mats up to 10 foot long. The shelves are 48″ deep.
Standard 3 Section System
The individual sections easily mate with an adjacent section to allow you to form a nearly unlimited array of storage options as your needs grow or change. The uprights are available in several heights for areas that have limited vertical clearance.
Easily Identified Storage Locations For Each Logo Mat
Each shelf of the Logo Stacks system is supported by a metal support that has a 3/4 inch wide surface on which to place a label identifying the location for use with any labeling system you may utilize.

High Density Configuration
We also offer a High Density configuration in the standard Logo Stacks. Using the High Density layout requires some discipline in assigning locations but will provide 36 more storage areas in the same window.
Group Trays
For those companies that sort by route or day the Mat Stacks system is available with Group Trays. These trays have no dividers and can be used for a routes daily logo mats or a large group of the same Logo Mat
