Controls And Drive System Upgrade
The controls and drive systems on those older rollers are outdated and inefficient. A majority of the service calls we receive are related to those areas.
We have developed a complete drive and controls upgrade which is easy to install and brings the system into the 21st century.
We replaced the relay logic with computer controls. We replaced the DC drive system with a VFD including a new 1HP motor.
