Oversize Stacks

Every plant has a handful of wider and longer mats that present a challenge when dealing with storage options. Our Oversize Stacks platform offers a simple and economical solution to the issues involved in storing and handling these larger mats.

The Shelves of the Oversize system are 60 inches deep which allow you to easily store mats up to 6 foot wide. The Shelves spaced 10 inches apart to accommodate mats up to 20 feet long. The standard sections are 30 inches wide and 6 feet tall and have 21 storage locations.

The Oversize Stacks shelves are available with 3 or 4 dividers.

As with the Logo Stacks system additional sections are easily added to the Oversize Stacks installation. The additional sections are approx 30 inches wide so a 3 section system is under 96 inches in total width

We also offer the Group Style shelf tray for the Oversize Stacks.

As with the Logo Stacks the Oversize platform offers outstanding flexibility in terms of size and configuration. The photo to the right shows an Oversize Stacks anchor section with the shelves adjusted to 8 inches instead of the standard 10 inches. This offered the customer more storage locations for his mats that were wider than 4 foot but no longer than the common 10 and 12 foot mats. There is space for 2 more additional shelves for future expansion.

With the addition of some 4 section shelves the storage density could be increased even more.

The rendering at the left is of a custom system we provided for a customer who had a great number of identical wider logo mats in more standard lengths. We were able to tighten up the shelf spacing and do a custom width on the outside sections to fill the space.
